All kids and families are different.  We’re different, too.  And that’s a good thing.  We offer flexible, creative, outcome based solutions to meet the individual needs of the kids and families we serve. 

We offer many of the same services as other organizations but we do it cost effectively and keep it community-based because we believe youth experience the most success when they live in a family setting and in the community they call home.

Thanks to a broad continuum of care, we have the flexibility to tailor our programs to meet the needs of the agencies we work with and the youth and families they serve.

Care Management

Started in 1999, Care Management is a collaborative partnership between NYAP and Franklin County (Ohio) Children Services (FCCS).  The Care Management Program is a flexible and creative continuum of care featuring practical approaches to resolving the challenges and crises youth and families face, day-to-day. 

Holistic Approach.
What makes this program so special and atypical is not only what we do, but how we do it. We work in partnership with families and parents to collectively do what is best for the child and the family as a whole.  We go to great lengths to create service plans to suit the individual needs of the youth and/or family.  We give families a voice and a choice in their therapeutic care and support.
