California - Open Positions

PROGRAM DIRECTOR (NYAP-San Diego, CA)
Full time position available in our San Diego office. Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work or related area of study is required. A minimum of eight years experience working with teens is required. The Program Director shall exercise effective influence and management over all operational, financial and administrative activities including day-to-day activities and long range/strategic planning initiatives of the Youth Advocate Program affiliated state. Relocation assistance is available.

Georgia - Open Positions

PROGRAM MANAGER (NYAP-GA)
Full time position available in our Augusta office. Master’s degree from an accredited school in social work, or a related degree, and two years experience in the field of youth services is required. Applicant must demonstrate a sincere commitment and ability to advocate for troubled youth.  Experience with youth being served through the child welfare and/or juvenile justice systems is preferred. Applicant must currently hold a professional license in a state of primary practice, advanced clinical level preferred.  Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required; on-call responsibility and some travel.

TREATMENT COORDINATOR (NYAP-IL)
Full time position available in our Chicago office. Applicant must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in the behavioral/social services and two years experience in the area of youth services, preferably with direct experience in the area of child welfare/juvenile justice. Applicant must demonstrate a sincere commitment and ability to advocate for troubled youth. Must currently hold a social work license, or its equivalent, as required by State law and/or regulatory bodies.

Full time position available in our Chicago office.
Applicant must have a Master’s degree from an accredited school in the social services and three years experience in the field of youth services. Ohio - Open Positions

DATABASE COORDINATOR (NYAP-OH)
Full time position available in our Watermark office.
Minimum of a high school diploma required.  Well organized and able to manage large flows of referral information. Computer and typing skills (50-60 wpm) preferred. Productive customer service skills are required.

TREATMENT ADVOCATE (NYAP-OH)
Part time position available in our Akron office. Applicant must be at least 21 years of age with a minimum of an associate’s degree in social services, or equivalent experience.  Must possess a sincere interest in young people, be flexible and advocate for the welfare of youth.  Must have an ability to understand and help resolve problems of youth in foster care and special needs adolescents. 

THERAPIST (NYAP-OH)
Position available in our Newark office. Applicant must have a minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Services or Psychology and two years of experience in working with families in mental health.  Demonstrate a service commitment and ability to advocate for families. Must currently hold a social work license, or its equivalent, as required by State law and/or regulatory bodies.

TREATMENT COORDINATOR (NYAP-OH)
Full time position available in our Central Region Applicant must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in the behavioral/social services and two years experience in the area of youth services, preferably with direct experience in the area of child welfare/juvenile justice. Applicant must demonstrate a sincere commitment and ability to advocate for troubled youth. Must currently hold a social work license, or its equivalent, as required by State law and/or regulatory bodies.

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (NYAP-OH)
Contingent position available in our Newark office. Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse. Applicant must have experience working with adolescents and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, automobile insurance coverage as required by company policy and an acceptable BMV driving record.

OFFICE SPECIALIST (NYAP-OH)
Part time position available in our Cleveland office.
Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent.  Experience and proficiency in the use of various office machines, including computers is preferred.  Applicant must demonstrate proficiency with spreadsheets and office software applications.  Business skills including 50 WPM typing.  Applicant should be well organized and able to interact effectively with agency staff and general public.

Full time position available in our Dayton office. Applicant must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in the behavioral/social services and two years experience in the area of youth services, preferably with direct experience in the area of child welfare/juvenile justice. Applicant must demonstrate a sincere commitment and ability to advocate for troubled youth.  Must currently hold a Social Worker License or be eligible for such license.

CLINCAL SUPERVISOR (NYAP-OH)
Full time position available in our Dayton office. Masters Degree from an accredited school in the social services and three years experience in the field of youth services.  Must demonstrate a sincere commitment and ability to advocate for troubled youth.  Must currently hold a LISW, or its equivalent, as required by State law and/or regulatory bodies.

CLINICAL DIRECTOR (NYAP-WV)
Full time position available in our West Virginia State Office (Fairmont).
Applicant must have a Master’s degree in social work or related behavioral science. Applicant must have a minimum of ten years experience in the field of behavioral sciences, including treatment services and training/supervisory experience. Must be able to demonstrate progressive clinical, supervisory, and administrative experience through documented employment history and professional references. Applicant must hold a social work or counselor license as required by state law and/or regulatory bodies.  An independent license is preferred.

REGIONAL MANAGER (NYAP-WV)
Full time
position available in our Martinsburg office. Master's degree required in the field of social services and eight years of experience in the field of youth services.  Minimum of three years supervisory experience required.  Must demonstrate a sincere commitment and ability to advocate for troubled youth.  Applicant must be licensed or license eligible as required by state law and/or regulatory bodies.
