California - Open Positions

PROGRAM DIRECTOR (NYAP-San Diego, CA)
Full time position available in our San Diego office. Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work or related area of study is required. A minimum of eight years experience working with teens is required. The Program Director shall exercise effective influence and management over all operational, financial and administrative activities including day-to-day activities and long range/strategic planning initiatives of the Youth Advocate Program affiliated state. Relocation assistance is available.

Georgia - Open Positions

PROGRAM MANAGER (NYAP-GA)
Full time position is available in our Atlanta, GA office, CANEI program.  Master’s degree from an accredited school in social work, or a related degree, and two years experience in the field of youth services.  Must demonstrate a sincere commitment and ability to advocate for troubled youth.  Experience with youth being served through the child welfare and/or juvenile justice systems.  Must currently hold a professional license in a state primary practice, advanced clinical level preferred.  Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required; on-call responsibility and some travel.

TREATMENT COORDINATOR (NYAP-GA) PART-TIME
Part-time position available in out Atlanta office.  Applicant must have a minimum of Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school in the behavioral/social services and two years experience in the area of youth services, preferbly with direct experience in the area of child welfare/juvenile justice.  Applicant must demonstrate a sincere commitment and ability to advocate for troubled youth.  Must currently hold a Social Work License, or its equivalent, as required by State law and/or regulatory bodies.

Ohio - Open Positions

GROUP LIVING CLINICAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR (NYAP-OH)
Full-time position available in our Central Ohio Group Living/Shelter Care program (Emergency Shelter Care).  Applicant must have Master’s in Social Work or related degree and experience providing direct behavioral health services including diagnostic assessment, counseling/psychotherapy, and working with dual diagnosis clients.  Must demonstrate a commitment to the organization’s values, and philosophies including the delivery of individualized, family centered services from a strengths based perspective.  Previous experience with high-risk adolescents is preferred.  Advanced or independent level license, or its equivalent, as required by state law and/or regulatory bodies is required. Must work flexible hours to meet the needs of the client population.

TREATMENT COORDINATOR (NYAP)
Part time position available in our Central Service Reception, Columbus, OH office.  Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in the behavioral/social services and two years experience in the area of youth services, preferably with direct experience in the area of child welfare/juvenile justice.  Must currently hold a Social Work license or be eligible for such license.

FAMILY CASE MANAGER (NYAP-OH)
Full time positions (5) available in our Care Management, Columbus, OH. office.  Completion of undergraduate coursework in social and/or behavioral science.  Degree must be obtained from an accredited institution.  Experience in delivery of social services with a diverse cultural population,infants, children and adolescents.  Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.  Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, required insurance and a good driving record.  Must be able to work a flexible schedule.  Must currently hold an Ohio Social Work license or be eligible for such license at the time of employment.

USER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (NYAP)
Full time position is available in our Watermark (Columbus,OH) office.  Two year technical degree in computer science or related discipline and three years of hands on experience with PC Hardware and Software, Lotus Notes preferred. Equivalent education/experience combination accepted.

REGIONAL MANAGER (NYAP-OH)
Full time position is available in our Newark, OH office.  Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred in the social services field, and eight years of experience in the field of youth services.  Minimum of three years supervisory experience required.  Must demonstrate a sincere commitment and ability to advocate for troubled youth.  Must currently hold a Social Work or Professional License as required by State law and/or regulatory bodies.

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (NYAP-OH)
Part-time position/20 hours per week in our Watermark office, Columbus, OH.  Applicant must have at least two years of college.  Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable or payroll is required.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is expected.  Strong communication, customer service, organizational, time management and problem solving skills required.  Familiarity with MS Dynamics, GP or another electronic payment and remittance system is preferred.

OFFICE SPECIALIST (NYAP-OH)
Full time position in Columbus OH (Summit St. location).  High School diploma or equivalent.  Experience and proficiency in the use of various office machines, including computers.  Must demonstrate proficiency with spreadsheets and office software applications.  Business skills including 50 WPM typing.  Well organized and able to interact effectively with agency staff and general public.

TREATMENT ADVOCATE (NYAP-OH)
A full time position is available in Emergency Shelter Care, in Columbus. At least 21 years of age with a minimum of an associate’s degree in social services, comparable degree, or equivalent experience.  Must possess a sincere interest in young people, be flexible and advocate for the welfare of youth.  Must have an ability to understand and help resolve problems of youth in foster care and special needs adolescents.  Must have reliable transportation and be willing to make a twelve month commitment to the program.

TREATMENT COORDINATOR (NYAP-OH)
Full time positions (3) available in our Central Ohio Region. Applicant must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in the behavioral/social services and two years experience in the area of youth services, preferably with direct experience in the area of child welfare/juvenile justice. Applicant must demonstrate a sincere commitment and ability to advocate for troubled youth. TREATMENT COORDINATOR (NYAP-OH)
Full-time position available in Columbus to provide intensive home-based treatment and case management services for youth in the community focusing on Restorative Justice principles.  Must demonstrate a sincere commitment and ability to advocate for youth.  Bachelor's degree required with two years experience in community based services.  Masters preferred.  Counselor or social work license required.  Flexible scheduling required including evenings and weekend.  Travel required.

Full time position available in our West Virginia State Office (Fairmont).
Applicant must have a Master’s degree in social work or related behavioral science. Applicant must have a minimum of ten years experience in the field of behavioral sciences, including treatment services and training/supervisory experience. Must be able to demonstrate progressive clinical, supervisory, and administrative experience through documented employment history and professional references.
